I won the roll, picked the side with a hill for Galleon hilarity.

Sand/rock thing on the right is a forest.
Misdeploy: To drawn to the hill, should have placed Galleon centrally then counterdeployed, with Kayazy in front of the Nomad on the left away from the Outriders. Snapjaw becomes a contest piece, Galleon rocks up the middle and Kayazy actively shield hte Nomad so it can contest the zone while the Galleon walks up shooting.
End of turn 1's. Eiryss hid behind the Drakhun and got killed by blast damage from the Galleon. Glorious.
Order of activation Error: Accidently treated Galleon as being hotshoted when it wasn't, Ed was gracious enough to allow re-rolls.
Khador turn 2: Vlad feats on the Drakhun, pair of left Eliminators and IFP Kovnik. They charge and mess up the Nomad, zone gets cleared by the rest of the army. Assassins fail their command check.
Merc turn 2: Nomad toes into Zone, freestrike from Eliminator does nought. Galleon gets Artilleristed and mini-feated by Dougal, shoots down several IFP, Gorman, Ragman and a Widowmaker. Assassins rally after the engaged ones move back an inch. Snapjaw kills an Outrider. Bart feats and moves up.
Khador 3: No pic. Bart gets snipered by the Widows and Kell. Nomad dies to the Kovnik. Eliminators runs all the way to the Bull Snapper but get knocked down by Barts feat. Merc Eliminator in zone killed. Vlad dominates zone.
Khador to 2 CP.
Merc turn 3: Bull Snapper frenzies and kills an Eliminator. Assassins charge up, if they kill an Eliminator then one of them can be slammed by Snapjaw into Vlad. Eliminator gets missed by both attacks. Plan keplahed. Galleon walks up, shoots Vlad to 4 health, Harpoon fails to damage Drakhun for the drag. Snapjaw slams Marauder for 1 inch. Bart has no choice but to go the flag or lose on scenario. Holt kills the other Eliminator. Friendly Eliminator charges Vlad, misses.
Khador to 1 CP.
Back up plan changes: Once the Kayazy set up failed, should have put Spiny on Bart and Galleon and walks Snapjaw backwards, Run Galleon to toe the zone, have Bart fall back and cast Batten, have Snapjaw sit 4" from friendly flag with Submerge. Dougal runs to far side away from potential Sprayage. Stops a scenario win in all likelyhood for that turn, then Galleon can try again turn after.
Kayazy get cleared by sprays, Vlad casts Might of Kings and charges Bart, killing him with ease.
Player Grading
Time Management: 8, no issues but opponent also had no difficulties.
Scenario Awareness: 5, aware of scenario but did not make strong plays for it.
Spacing and Placement: 5, could have made better matchups in the deployment.
Target Priority: 7, killed a number of important support pieces but lacks sufficient attacks to get all targets.
Effectiveness: 6, took reasonable risks but with improper backup plan.
Cool: 9, no issues.
