Allrighty, ADR changes two weeks before Wintercon, that means I need to get thinking about it way before to really take advantage of it.
This totally isn't a post to disappoint Andrew on my being lazy with the battle report, that's just a side effect.
I'm not likely to get more Warcasters out of my usable list, so I have to hope a pair of them sub in.
PP have stated that the casters in ADR are picked based on popularity and every caster will go through eventually. If anything, I take that as Ossrum is going away. If more than one go, I expect Fiona or Shae to also get the boot (eMag will be there until PP show mercy).
I've got Bart, Durgen, MacBain!, Fiona and Gorten as my options.
I need a Cryx drop, which out of that lot is Durgen or Fiona (Maaayyyyybeee some Bartage with ADR, but I'm not that convinced on that one).
I think the odds of Durgen being on there is the equivalent of Super villains becoming a reality this month. If there's a popular caster in Mercs, it's Durgen.
I'll develop a Durgen list anyway, magic daisy ADR may happen, even with the low odds.
The real sticking point is that eEiryss needs to be in the anti-Cryx list, unless Ealexia amazes me after a few goes. That means the non-Cryx drop needs to be able to suck it up when the upkeep hate falls short.
I really wish I could Contract jump with ADR...
Potential Pairings then:
Bart + Durgen - Workable I think, though I think I need to make Bart an anti-Legion drop, which is troubling with eLylth around
Bart + MacBain! - Cryx kicks me in the junk
Bart + Fiona - Probably not worth it
Bart + Gorten - Cryx says no
Durgen + MacBain! - Workable, again legion is a problem
Durgen + Fiona - I think subpar because Fiona doesn't do things better than Durgen
Durgen + Gorten - Evans WTC pairing, I'll take that as great
MacBain! + Fiona - ADR options would need to amaze me.
MacBain! + Gorten - Cryx say no
Fiona + Gorten - My current pairing, I think it's workable
