No really, my opponents definitely made the right calls to take advantage of my Derpness.
Had some time/travel constraints, so wanted the army with a smallest model count and simple plan. Result? Sweet sweet Capn Fun.
Bart - 2x Galleon, Wrong + Snapjaw/Bullsnapper, Dougal, Tinker, TAC
Objective: Bunker
I have the TAC/Tinker in place of the standard Gorman/Eiryss because I get Bart killed. Speaking of which, game one:

Khador Deploy: I won the roll, picked the side with a hill. Ed's pants are in the photo to give the people what they want. That's Kell on the far left of the AD, just missing Silence.
Merc Deploy: It's Bart double Galleon, how much innovation did you expect?
Khador 1: They're (blurrily) coming right for us! Banishing Ward on the Ponies, Telgesh on the forward most Eliminator.
Merc 1: Three focus to the right Galleon, one to the left. Wrongeye puts Spiny on both Galleons, Dougal Artillerits the left ship on legs and mini-feats. The TAC advance and do a cloud wall. Bart puts Hot Shot on the left Galleon.
Left Galleon advances, kills Eiryss, Telgeshed Eliminator and two of the Great Bears (360 LoS dude left).
Right Galleon advances, completely fails at killing Ponies, pops two Widowmakers instead you then flee.
Snapjaw Riles and runs to the wrong spot.
Khador 2: Kell/Marksman kill the two nearest TAC. Ponies advance, spray the last TAC to death, take out Snapjaws Mind then light cav into the clouds. Ternion run into different spots.
Reinholdt puts Lucky Charm on Zerkova. She then charges a Ternion, the two goober Doomies run into blocking positions. She casts Telgesh on one of the back Ponies, Occult Whispers, arcs her zap spell into Bart, gets the crit Stationary. Feats. Her spell zappage drops Bart to 5 boxes.
Feat causes the Ternions to cloud up. Murder ponies then spray Bart, easily doing his boxes in.
I pass three tough rolls and live.
SKILL.
Ternions feat cloud on Zerkova and her goobers. Zerkova then does her melee attack, fails to kill the Ternion she charged giving a blast damage target for her and the bodyguards.
Other stuff screws around. Aiyanna/Holt stealth themselves.
Merc 2: Bart shakes Stationary, screams in agony. Hotshot upkept.
Snapper puts Growth on Wrongeye, who then Spinies Bart, charges into the Ponies and fails at life. Snapjaw eats a pair of Ponies, getting some health back.
Bart feats, moves out of spray range of the Murder Horsies.
Left Galleon toes that sides zone, kills the Widowmaker and does bugger all with it's remaining shots.
Right Galleon goes into the other zone, kills Valachev, the centre Ternion and lightly strokes Zerkova's Bodyguards.
Tinker desperately tries to shield Bart.
Khador 3: Kell snipes at Bart, I pass the tough check. Behemoth tramples forward, Bonbards Bart and I finally fail a tough roll.
Argh, I suck at this list so bad. I'd specifically modified the list to stop regular shooting popping Bart as has happened previously, instead I now know the legit eZerk assassination run.
I was loathe to feat the bottom of one, from which Ed just holds back and feat the turn after. I should have anyway, then used the extra turn to finish off the Murder Ponies. I functionally give away a Dominate to Ed and likely have to run/trample a Galleon into a zone to stop the scenario loss.
Whelp, after that display of ingenious leg stabbing, onto the Russinator!
Urk, Legion. Anti-shooting tech of TAC for the win....
Recon scenario, which I have yet to really like, though I'm not sure how widespread that state is.
3Lylth - Archangel, 2x Angelius, Shredder, 2x Shepherd, Forsaken, Succubus, Rangers + UA
Objective: Fuel
Legion Deploy: Arachangel madness.
Merc Deploy: INOVATION CONTINUES
Legion 1: Lylth Escorts and Windwalls, tramples forward. Everything moves up, Tenacity goes on the lock.
Merc 1: TAC and Snapjaw run to block the Angels getting clean lines on the Galleons. Galleons move up, they kill the Shepherds and wing the Forsaken for a few.
Bart Barttens, Spinies go on the Galleons.
Legion 2: Escort upkept. Left Angel charges and kills two TAC, right Angel moves up and misses Bart with a shot. Lylth feats, moves up, shoots Bart three times. Archangel moves up, finishes off Bart.
I'll go into my box now...
Eugh. Wrong calls all over the place, underestimated Lylth3 Escort threat range bad.
Ultimately even if I play it correctly I think I would still prefer single Galleon + Kayazy.
Odds are I'll game tonight to try to move past this shambolic mess...
