Game 294 - Rnd 4 Penrith SS Heat Gorten/Durgen

Round four, my photography skills decline just like my memory of events, expect broader strokes here.

Last round, got Tomimasu with Trolls. We've met at the last Wintercon, but after a long memory stumble we recall that we haven't played before.

It's Trolls, ADR, Jarl and Hunters Grim on Recon.

I just....don't.....for Recon. Scenario pressure never feels like a thing, Gorten is my troll drop but I wasn't expecting to win with control points.

Grim dropped, this was not Trolling the way I'm used to being Trolled. It's meant to be a solid brick with eMadrak, what is this madness?!

Hunters Grim - 2x Slag, Kriel Warrios, Scatter Gunners + UA, Stone + UA, Moses, Bokor + Shamblers, Dygmies, Fell Caller, Swamp Gobbers

Troll Deploy: I think I lost the roll?! Kriels on the right, Scattergunners on the left, stuck in the middle with you.

Merc Deploy: I think I love Pressgangers. So cheap. So deployable. Such a strong backup career as a Risen.

Troll 1: Junk runs up, Gobbers cloud

Merc 1: Everything moves out in standard checkboard, because I am a moron who thinks Scattergunners just have an AoE attack. Solid Ground up.

Troll 2: All bar one Press Ganger is imploded as Hunter feats. I"m up by 20 minutes on the clock at this point (30 v 50)

Merc 2: The Risen horde engages, Earthbreaker is out of range of the Bokor.

Troll 3: Shamblers arise, the Gun Mages get smooshed by the doom sprays. There are no problems sufficient application of Mortality can't fix.

Merc 3: Bokor and Shamblers fall, Slags continue to not be in a suitable death to Earthbreaker position. Gorten runs to the right flag to nab a CP.

Troll 4: Alexia dies, Digmies and Slags take out half the boxes of the Earthbreaker.

Merc 4: Earthbreaker kills loads of infantry, Anastasia triggers Esponiage. Remianing Kriels and Dygmies both start running away.

Troll 5: Grim runs to the left flag, but trolls clock out.

Second win on the clock in the tourney, maybe the third time I've ever done it?
