Game 384 - Naaresh1 (DoA) vs Deneghra1 (BI) - 50 points
Invasion
If your going to use board games to infer a global conspiracy of supreme evil, whatever, I'll listen for the laugh. When your choices of games are Risk and Monopoly though....your board game nights must be shite.
This time around it's time to finally bust out something different, yet still with a bunch of Averagions (Not really playing well enough at the moment for the usual "win" prefix).
There's a Hydra because dammit I want to play with it. Naaresh because the Morghoul list was more models and thus more work.
50 points is weird list making wise, you basically don't have any room for wasted models. Or you could just take your 75 point list and cut out a bunch of stuff, more on that later.
Dammit, go away spell editing advertising. If I have no mistakes that's a sign that I've been kidnapped.
Denny1 with jacks. Hmmm.....probably don't have enough heavy hitting on my end? Then again they armour values are mostly trash. We'll see. Also Aikios with a pair of Stalkers, so that stuff just has to die.
I lose the die roll, get given first. This means Denny gets a foresty fortress to hide behind, so that's disappointing for the poor dream of spraying her to death. Otherwise major terrain is a central fog bank and an obstruction in the right zone, plus some other stuff that doesn't end up having an effect.
Some proxies here, plus my Naaresh is unpainted, for I am the worst. Got some Steelhead Halberdiers around as paingivers and Cephalyx dudes as Taskmasters. Enemy Ogrun mechanic dudes are repped by three bonejacks.

Round 1: Hydra runs up the centre, Shamblers go up each side. Lamentation is up, Blur is on the Hydra.
Aikos and Stalkers are out on the left, the jacks super far forward and hiding behind a forest, mini-caster fella behind the wall. The Heavy Cryx jacks dive up evenly with Deathjack-jack-jacky on the right toeing behind the obstruction. One Arcnode goes goes central, the other wings out on the right near the Ogrun bois.

Skorne 2: Most stuff purposely stayed out of Hydra advance and spray range. Boo. Aikiasoi (Whatever his name is) is half an inch out.
There's a country song with basically the biggest hit makers in it (AFAIK, I don't know the genre). Each start of the verse basically goes:
Willy Nelson - "I was a Highwaymen..."
Wayon Jennings - "I was a Sailor..."
Kris Kristofferson - "I was a Dam Builder..."
Johnny Cash - Fuck ya'll, dream bigger. "I FLY A STARSHIP...."
Cracks me up.
It's basically time to futz around and brace for impact. Naaresh shuffles to the bottom of the central zone and feats, the Hydra going to toe the left zone while a Bone Swarm moves up in threat range of Cryx heavies to try to draw them in. Shamblers run around on the left and right to engage stuff.

Cryx 2: Leftwise, Aioky goes behind the forest, the Stalkers have a go at coming in, a Shambler gets a freak freestrike on one and takes out an arm and a cortex, so that was a glorious surprise. The second goes into the bounce swarm and bounces off its pot provided corpses and Naaresh feat, Shambler spacing saving the pot and Bokor from being sniped out. An Arc Node runs behind the wall.
Centrally a Seether comes forward and eats the Boneswarm offering. Alas poor bone pile, we hardly knew you.
Lamentation stops Denny and Deathjack playing around, instead she stays behind her forest and the disc spinner ate some Shamblers.
Still very much in the threat range dance game, ergo no ones scoring in this scenario at this point.

Skorne 3: Top of 3 and no scores, so priority is start getting some points on the board. Certainly don't have enough pieces to carry out much an attrition struggle, not with Crippling Grasp and Withering on the board.
Left wise the Bokor burns most of his available swampy zombie henchfellas to kill one of the Stalkers, this frees up a Bone Swarm to walk through the forest and eat Aikaoiseousifer.
The paingivers walk around, one toes the central zone to see if the Seether will counter charge and let the Hydra eat it without DJ or the other Seether coming in. Sadly obvious trap is obvious, so the Hydra toes back a little (Here's hoping a single Seether doesn't kill the Gargantuan....eep.....'ol Hydie then sprays down the arc node that was the last contesting piece on the left zone.
Ingeniously no unit can get into that zone, so Naaresh hikes up his dress and runs to the left (Not judging, nothing wrong with enjoying a breeze around ye nethers).
Rightwise the Taskmaster moves up and gives the right Shamblers a motivational speech that improves their strength (A pic of a cat clutching a branch with the words "hold on" is the real form of steroid).
Bokor goes into DJ, somewhat embarrasses himself, knocking out one arm. In the midst of loads of repair dudes. Not my greatest plan on that one.
I score the left, now 1-0.

Cryx 3: Denny stays bravely cowering behind the forest of protection, pops feat on the Hydra and some bits that don't matter massively.
Sure enough the Seether goes into the Hydra, schlubs it a bit. Ergo only does 2/3rds of his health. Hmmmm. This seems bad.
The other Seether twiddles a bit, not keen to run up and lose the piece trade game.
On the R-r-r-r-r-r-r-riiighhhhht (Can't roll my R's in real life, LET ME HAVE MY FANTASY) the arc node pops the task master, DJ eats the Bokor and gets healed up a bunch.
We both score our circle zone, now 2-1.

Skorne 4: Let the heal off commence!
Paingivers, Naaresh burning some of his stack and hyper regen all trigger on the Hydra, it'll be along road until it can face tank another heavy though. It does eat the Seether,so that was nice.
The remaining Bone swarm moves up to the top of my zone, intent being to threaten the enemy objective.
A Taskmaster runs to my back wall, ready to contest the Cryx side in future turns.
Both score our Squirtles, 3-2. It's all about who can do some throw away contesting in a game of Heavies chicken. Ace in the hole has to be the Spirit Cauldron, who starts moving across with the intent to drag in DJ in a couple rounds.

Cryx 4: The Arc Node shuffles up and kills the Task Master off a lucky scatter. Mean.
Seether charges into the Bone Swarm, sadly doesn't tag the zone to contest. Beats the....unliving...marrow I guess....out of the Bone Swarm. DJ keeps getting dem heals.
Both zones, yada yada, 4-3.

Skorne 5: I have a dream. If the bokor can stationary the top Seether, then Naaresh can do some free attacks and Cyclone retreat. Accept he can't navigate the forest, so that dream was brief at best.
Hydra moves up, sprays down the objective, half cripples the Seether. Naaresh goes in, fails to finish the job. Imph. Cyclones away, freestrike misses.
Now 6-4. You'd think we were playing Spread The Net.

Up to Skorne 7: The sides keep scoring, however the Seether is to crippled to do much, DJ comes in to pop the objective and can't quite get a safe spot with limited clock remaining so the Hydra eats it and Cryx concedes with no viable assassination path (Bokor killed the last Arc Node).
Stuff. Hydra no likey Cryx. Shamblers need friendly bodies. Double pot + one Shamblers + x points of living models probably the best base line Disciple load out.

Game 383 - Jaga Jaga1 (WWfF) vs Lucas1 (MO) - Stub
Game 383 - Jaga Jaga1 (WWfF) vs Lucas1 (MO) - Stub
Mirage
Forgot photo and played with the same strategic oversight as the Dodo high command, so this can be a shorty. Also I'm super keen to try some Disciples of Agony and put down Arkadius/crap second list for a bit. Why have one bad list when I can double down? Gia is such a bitch, this seson can't end well for her. Anything but V, loathe that person.
Threw down Mirage because it feels like I haven't played it for a while. Lost first turn, Lucas has a pair of chew chew trains. I get super gravitated on teh idea that the Dracodile will blind a train on teh bottom of one, alas it's an ants sex swing pendulum range short and I again do my classic Dracodile move of doing it anyway to hit one of the arc node jacks.
The return on the top of 2 is that the Dracodile gets his by Disintegration and a Dragon arm debuff rocket and straight up evaporates. Damn.
Bottom of 2 Boomies run up and explode with Jaga feat, my thinking is that I'll kill a train, hold up the other one, hide the piggies behind the obstruction and hope for a Ghostly assassination.
I don't even maange to pop the train alas, the efaarits roll low and the lsit just can't handle losing the Dracodile trivially at all. Gun lines bad for Jaga, which I knew intellectually and now also in my broken spirit.
Top of 3, one of the lights moves up and crit knockdowns the Bullsnappers, allowing Lucas to use the whatsit Force spell to push Greygore into Jaga. A few more pew pews from feating and down she goes.
Kinda reminds me of why I wanted Barny2 Super Soloing to be worth it. Alas. Should probably also move beyond the Skorne Gargs, but dammit, I assembled that godforsaken Hydra, I'm going to put it on the table. Or Nemo3. Or Minion unit spam.
I'm so decisive I could be an Aussie political party working out its leadership.

Game 382 - Arkadius1 (WWfF) vs Rask1 (WWfF) - Syd SR Rnd3
Game 382 - Arkadius1 (WWfF) vs Rask1 (WWfF) - Syd SR Rnd3
Spread the Net
Round 3, enemy Winions! So many Gator players. Time to get some Skorne garbage together (In that I will limit myself to bad Skorne lists, not that they are inherently awful, though that was once the case).
We both have Jaga in our pair. Neither of us are nuts enough to think we should drop her into the other. It's Arkadius vs Rask, so Piggy beasts versus Lessers and a Thresher.
I lose the roll and get second. Potentially fine on Spread the Net if I can score the elements properly.
I take a side with a defensive wall, though the main reason is the Rask rectangle has a tiny corner smidge of the zone poking behind an obstruction, so if I plonk a model there it will be a pain in the backside amoeba's to turf it.

Round 1: Rasks boyos run up, Bear on the left, Snake on the right with the Tresher. Swamp Horror gets Admonitioned.
The Threat ranges involved are super annoying, one of those amtchups where I resent having the triple War Hog instead of an extra Road Hog.
Stuff runs around, mostly starting the dance. A Gorax moves up on the right to try to draw in either the Horror, Thresher of Skarath. Stuff otherwise arrays out the back. Aggravator goes up in case Rasky tries to hide behind feat and do some snipey pew pew damage.

Rask 2: Rask feats, pops Boundless charge on the Thresher and chills back.
The Swamp Horror comes up, nabs the Gorax and starts munching (When calamari gets revenge! A terribly boring movie coming to you soon from The Asylum!). It overtakes to eat a Razor Boar, alas it pops itself outside of Rasks Control area. Vivid memories of that brief time people thought that Mak2/Molik interaction wasn't bullshit for a solid 12 minutes.
The Thresher comes in, gets to a War Hog and a pair of Razor Boars. Knocks them all down. No worries, this works out fine. Then it roll max shots. Puts them into the War Hog. Kills it to the box.
Did not expect that. Danger Will Arkadius! Danger!
Stuff otherwise chills out, Skarath goes into the centre circle, the Bear and traitor piggies hang out in Rasks rectangle.

Arkadius 2: Mistyped that as Arkadius2 for a moment. Weirdly not that interested in him going Epic, Carver or Sturm would be more interesting. Yes, just Sturm. Sturm is that awesome person you want to date and make Adventure Wars references with, Drang is their good for nothing actual other half that keeps them depressed. Probably also never cleans.
Rasks feat in other scenarios or if I go first doesn't matter much. In this one instance it's actually effective, making it not worth feating myself (Standard counter is move up a Razor Boar, feat charge with stuff then charge enemies).
Ergo it's wait it out, set up the scenario win ideally, kill the Swamp Horror and Thresher.
Out left stuff mostly falls back, ensuring Brine can't get to something I care about and not triggering the Bears Counter Charge. One Gobber Chef runs to the contesting corner behind the obstruction, the other goes to my flag.
On the right things....sorta happen. As in I do some outright garbage moves.
One War Hog charges the Thresher, while being in in range of the Swamp Horror. This forces the Swamp Horror to try to backpedal through the forest, all good that's part of the plan.
The War Piggy does an appalling job on the Thresher, eventually killing it though damn it made it look like hard work.
Road Hog gets Primal and Ghostly, had Forced Evo upkept on it. hurts for speed, walks up to the Swamp Horror and bins it, then sprints up. I forget how Fury works, Orin lightnings him to do damage to Dahlia that she transfers to the Snake. There's no good reason for doing that at this stage if it wasn't going to be followed by multiple primal shocks or soemthing.
Targ runs around on the right, planning to score/contest the Rask flag in future turns.
Arkadius ends up going to the right zone to score it with the Swamp Gobbers in front, here's hoping he doesn't die. Guardian Beast goes up, because it's magic.
I score my flag and rectangle, 2-0.

Rask 3: Brun has a gun. Did not know that. Rather unfortunately, the contesting Gobber Chef found this out when his head got blown off. The bear just chilled in the Rask rectangle, while Rorsh and his Battle Boar toed the centre circle and Brine contested my flag.
Centrally Rask chilled up the back and put out Veiled Mist on my Battle Boar, who was in the way of the Snake. Soul Slave puts Boundless charge on said Snake, Wrastler Rages it up.
Dahlia runs up, Snake charges one of the Gobbers in front of Arkadius. Guardian Beast triggers, so one of the War Hogs gets to move up and thwack him. Sadly rolls the wrong colun to take out an aspect, however getting to and killing Arkadius is now very suspect from the freestrike, so instead Skarath kills the hero War Hog. Then maxes Fury for one last attack on the Battle Boar, taking out his body.
The Road Hog still lives to my surprise and is contesting the Rask flag, whic lacks a solo anyway. Rask just scores his rectangle. 2-1.
[img]https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjV0q_3FqQwqjlH3cni0IzduM3YdRsG4DyWwbzrn5bvVxankYe4apxjzlc3DQftrFPrUa9U4jxL5N7upTh9Ro6fVHSM1xAu6NmTFyJrP5twtEfh7SIN3HiNAKKJBsww0oOYj8_KqLArZ2wS/s1600/097+%2528800x451%2529.jpg[[/img]
Arkadius 3: That's enough screwing around, feat murder time.
On the left the remaining War Hog feats forward, kills Brine and dings up Lug. Razor Boar and two Gorax' go in to hurt the Battle Boar and strip Rorsh of all of his transfers, sadly lives in a couple boxes.
I'd had dreams of the Battle Boar throwing Rask away, alas he instead has to kill the Soul slave to Overtake to Rorsh and finish him off.
On the right Skarath maxed himself out, so Orin goes up to zap my Road Hog and lightning Dahlia away. In the back with a boost, misses. Awkward.
Arkadius gets puppet strings, I wanted him to camp up, instead it's Primal shock time. He misses.
Puppet Strings provies it's worth this time around, the re-roll hits and Dahlia/Skarath go away, which basically saves the attrition for me.
Sadly I just could not maneouvre a beast into my rectangle and Arkadius needed to come across for the control area. The Wrastler contests the Rask flag, so I only score a solitary point on my flag. 3-1.

Rask 4: Leftwise, Brun runs around to contest my flag. Lug, thankfully, proves my opinion that the Bear sucks, hitting with his Moops Megalith Pillow claws to leave the War Hog on him quite healthy.
The bear killing Rasks vague hopes of a scenario plan, it's try to kill Arkadius once more time. The Bog Trog shuffles forward, puts Boundless charge and Rage on the Wrastler, plus throwing out a Veil of Mists to get past the blocking Road Hog.
Witch Doc puts Ghostly on him to.
Wrastler charges up to the Swamp Gobber, will need to eat him, the Witch Doc then getup and kill the one Fury camp Arkadius.
Or.....or....or..... Guardian Beast pops, the Road Hog walks into his back arc, lands the Crit Knock Down. Best Roadie ever.
That's basically the last gasp for Rask.

Arkadius 4: Left War Hog kills Lug, falls jsut shy of killing Brun. This will not stand. Brun living means winning straight up scenario is hard, so the Gobber Chef leaves the flag, goes into Bruns back and kills him. Vague glory?
Anyway, the Road Hog gets all the buffs, moves up and kills Rask with ease.
Some bad positioing on my part, enemy Thresher did an embarrasing amount of work. Greuk.
A three round with two udnefeated, I get 2nd off SoS. Good enough, I'll take it! (Other undefeated was some Ossrum/Gorten WTC filth I want nothing to do with in this pair).

Epic Recon
Travelled up for Steamroller, get some tourney dollies on.
First game was against a returner from some time ago with Barny1, nearly lost in the same style as game 319 as Arkady drained focus for superfluos attacks and moved up, fortunately I was a few mils from Barny moving up and knocking him down. After that there was some positioning, on my feat tuen I killed every model in Barny's battlegroup and capped him.
Into round 2, got some preisty dudes, ol' Rezzo2 and Cyrenia. The Rez list had some battle Engines and stuff, knew that wasn't going to be on the cards so it was time to learn what hte hell Cyrenia did. Dropped Jaga, given Menoth experience with her is worth trying out.
Epic Recon, so that works for me. Also we're in space, which is fine, though we both got tripped at different points by the blue tape boundary.
I lose the roll, so that's sadness. Neither side is especially encouraging, the off centre cloud and forest have the same influence regardless.

Round 1: The Idrians both Prey the Boomhowlers, ensuring the victim stats bros can die harder. Being related to Greygore is just an awful idea, he doesn't have your best interests at heart guys, at best you're signed up to run up and absorb shots, at worst you are literally there to fuel a feat or some other corpse/soul wagon.
Menoth run their dude mans around, the important stuff hangs centrally while the Idrians don't respect my personal space and are way up the board. I'm not after that quick a fling ye desert tribesman, give me some breathing room.
My stuff moves somewhat tepidly, Snake goes out left, Ninja pig takes the right. Dracodile runs up the right of centre for the moment, most bit attacks would just fuel Hand of Vengeancing and soul fuelling so I don't bother.

Round 2: Cyrenia feats. What that do again? Ah. Defence stuff for days. Vexing. Going to get some super horsey dudes in my face it seems.
Both Idrians units move up and pop shots then repo around. Left fellas pop a five man into the Dracodile, they completely blip on the existence of Skarath and don't shoot hit him with the other CRA (Kind a why measuring your stuff on the opponent turn can cause you grief).
Right unit pops a coouple Boomhowlers and the Spirit of a Bullsnapper.
Jacks and Cav stay chilling around the Menoth objective.
Cyrenia feat sadly means that clearing stuff to score is going to be a headache. Plan is to just do some minimal sniping and wait it out, this would be a good feat turn except there's sod all in range and Jaga doesn't want to be brave with that many Idrians around.
Jaga stays up the back, pops Signs and Portents. Boomhowlers run out of the way. Dracodile shuffles over the left of centre, does the 10.1 inch spray trick on the 10 inch threating Menoth heavy and pops animus.
I should Ancillary that. Sure would be great if I hadn't.....you know.....forgot to deploy Targ. I do this far more often than should be possible.
On the left Skarath charges in, doign a Gunfighter Spray to kill the left Scout. The right side Efaarit moves forward and snipes out the other units counter part. pretty happy with that, sod your Prey.
Ninja Pig runs out to the very edge of the right board edge. The real edge, not the blue line of lies (As compared to the Red Line of Colonial Suppression).

Menoth 3: We've got a problem Watson, it's that we haven't contested nearly enough.
I manage to luck out on the left, Idrians charge in and ding Skarath up somewhat, one of the Sanctifiers then goes in, puts him on three boxes, misses needing 6's to hit and gets Poltergeisted back by Gravewind for the save. exactly asplanned desperately hoped for.
Fortunately the back solos are out of position and none get to the Menoth flag, this left flank is full of hope and optimism.
The book gets right up the centre of the baord and screams no spells, one of Champ Cav mans goes into the Dracodile and whacks it for a good chunk of damage.
Right wise the contesting Bullsnapper is horribly butchered and the Idrians gum up the Pigs and Efaarit. One of the Horsey Champ mans goes up to the flag, he tries to clear off hte one Boomhowler in contesting range only for tough to actually do something. His survival means Menoth only score one point this turn.
Cyrenia stays chilling up the back. 0-1 to Menites.

Minion 3: Skarath frenzies and eats an Idrian. Given I thought he'd be dead that's just fine.
Got to deal with the annoying no spell mcgee that's up my craw. Well, really I just need to do enough work that the Menites can't use their remaining limited clock to pull out a win.
The Boomhowlers all walk around, they shoot at the Book, sadly leaving it one box. Doh.
Jaga ends up having to backpedal awkwardly to cast Signs and Portents, she then feats to kill the book, some Idrians and do big hits on the various Cav super solos. Sadly the one block the Dracodile is unimpeded, living a few boxes.
Leftwise the Dracodile should have back pedalled, Animus' and done a spray. Instead he lumbers around and eats some infantry.
Rightwise feat kills and Ninja Pig attacks clears the stuff around my flag plus engages up the remaining Idrians so I score it and go to 1-1.

Menoth 4: Santifier easily kills the Dracodile, Arc Nodey jack does the same to Skarath. Menites clock out as Idrians try to kill the piggies.
Had just no reason for the Dracodile to move up, the original plan was to kill the Heavy Jack, when the Dragoon didn't get cleared that needed to be rethought. Bad habit I seem to have with Princess Saltina, not changing the plan for how the game state has altered since. There'll be more of that in the future alas.
Anyway,one mroe round to go!

Game 379 - Jaga Jaga1 (WWfF) vs Kallus1 (PT)
Game 379 - Jaga Jaga1 (WWfF) vs Kallus1 (PT)
Standoff
Alright, moving beyond the previous farce of model selections in a list, we try the Jaga list into a matchup it's more intended for. Sadly the Boomhowlers remain. In fact they become a max unit. Look, the options are Bone Grinders, Nyss or Boomies. The Nyss have low armour and cost even more. Mire departed for some juicy shelf time and Ninja Pig came in, he really should have been there from the start.
Standoff, I actually win the roll and opt for second to keep the Hellmouths back some, allow some counter deployment, stop Legion getting the bottom of 2 scenario gameness.
[img]https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUN9Py67Z4uIYdOen-AnpIKU0iyrNl0sUnYWm1QfWmjJ6qULOHbUZ_CWNII5dpQEyIFl60Eikie1ah7T1i9a8-bFclT2_c-zTRTsmyHTxFN4-ZIw9uuI9Ykr5CEvvlRxxdWF3BcHBxHaMX/s1600/052+%2528800x451%2529.jpg[img]
Round 1: Legion runs forward, Incite probably went on something. Warmongers mostly on the left, Chosen on the right. No little flying Incubi bait dudes, so that makes me slightly happier.
I Gravewind the Dracodile, which is silly. Def 12 is meaningless against Primal Terrors.
Otherwise Battlehost pops up, Jaga throws out Signs and Portens as Alten and the Efaarits can happily move up and plink a good whack of damage off the Blight bringer. Felt pretty noice.
Dahlia gets the left flank to Haunting Melody the Warmongers, with the Key interaction being she has to stay away from Ammok. Ninja pig goes on the right, waiting to hunt out that flanks Hellmouth.

Legion 2: Kallus pops feat, burns most of his stack healing the Blightbringer, who pops a shot into a Boomhowler in front of the Dracodile. A pair of Chosen get to charge in, they don't do a massive amount however they are annoying.
Warmongers flood up on the left, with the Rotteneye unit going up the guts.

Minion 2: This was the moment I realised I really needed Targ. Chosen can be mitigated by a Blind spray, however they easily spread out enough that you really need a second pop of Dilophosaurus vs Newman for it to work.
Anyway, we don't have that for now and its Kallus feat turn. My thinking in the list building was you killed the contesting models, then pop feat to get rid of the high defence Incubi. In the actual moment of crunch, that seemed like a bad trade and I'd be better off holding the feat and just paddling. Plan is to Ghostly the Bullsnapper to run and contest the Legion zone, otherwise get rid of the Rotteneye unit.
Leftwise Dahlia moves further up into the zone, Skarath goes behind her and sprays the left msot Warmonger unit that is out of Kallus' control, kills two, one toughs out with Corrosion, another is one box with corrosion. Signs and Portents gets work done it turns out.
Left Efaarit pops one of Rotteneyes boys and falls back, a couople Boomhowlers move in and do some plink shots on a Rotteneye guy.
In my rectangle zone, I completely blip on the Snapper running to contest plan and don't Ghostly him, As Jaga puts up S&P and falls back from death range. The Dracodile sprays down a line of dudes, blinding a Chosen and taking out Rotteneye and most of his unit (Think one lives?) this spawns a few Incubi, such is life.
Rightside, Brine got the Ghostly instead to ensure he could Souie away from killing a pair of Chosen. Needless as he killed both, so that was quite the testes up.
The right Efaarit moves up to contest the right zone.
Legion score their zone, 0-1. Good work stopping that scenario game you git.

Legion 3: Out on the left Legion models futz around, killing a couple Boomhowlers and attacking Skarath without doing a great deal. I did misplace the Snake such that Dahlia didn't block the Hellmouth drag, fortunately it was just out of the tentacle being in command.
Centrally, the Blightbringer shoots the Dracodile and Ignited Chosen come in and maul the Dracodile somewhat, a couple Incubi try and fail to pop the objective.. Kallus moves out into the open to get Dark Guidance in range of the right side Tentacle going in on the contesting Efaarit scout. Said tentacle misses, Incubi then run in front to try to shield from teh Ninja Pig assassination.
Legion score their zone, 0-2.

Minion 3: Long term play would be to shuffle back with the Dracodile and eat the remaining Chosen, kill Ammok and desperately search for a way to contest.
Not going to come to that thankfully, as instead the best play is to throw everything into the assassination.
Boomhowlers run around and do negligible work. Jaga then S&P's and feat msot of htem away to remove blocking models.
Dracodile sprays, lands the Blind on Kallus and kills the last blocking Incubi. Alten Ashley does a lol shot.
Ninja Pig recieved Ghostly, smoked forward, goes in and kill Kallus without to much issue.
The Blindwater does nothing in the matchup and is a silly choice from when I dreamed of deadweighting effectively. Jaga doesn't even have the Fury for that game.
Boomies don't suck as much as you'd think, though that's primarily S&P polishing them like mad.
Targ super needed for this match plan to work. Alten and Efaarit's were great at what they needed to do (Plink out back models and whittle at the Blight Bringer).
